A unique conditioning class that focuses on integrative movement exercises to help you build strength and endurance.

Improve your balance and foster power potential to enhance your proficiency and enjoyment of the body in motion. Increase your movement efficiency and decrease your risk of injury.

Fuerte will provide you the foundation to explore your body’s potential through building core stability and agility, helping to deepen your relationship to your body!

Warm up

We begin with a 10 minute facilitated warm up.

Circuit

Next we move through a series of exercise stations, spending 90 seconds at each station. Here we use, resistance bands, medicine balls, and our own body’s resistance to increase the body’s potential.

Core & Cool Down

Class ends with core/balance work and facilitated stretching!

This class is designed for people of all fitness levels.

About the Instructor

Meshi Chavez holds a Personal Training Certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He regularly teaches movement class and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for the past 9 years. Meshi seeks to help individuals feel comfortable moving in their bodies on and off the dance floor.
